Our service approach
We begin with diagnosis, explain the findings, and provide a repair estimate. The diagnostic is free with repair, which means the diagnostic fee is not charged when the customer approves and completes the proposed work. If we can't fix it, you don't pay. Every completed repair job includes a 90-day warranty for the documented repair, subject to the written invoice terms.
