Confirm the current service-call charge while booking; it is waived when the customer approves and completes the proposed repair. If we can't fix it, you don't pay. After testing, the technician identifies the likely fault and presents an estimate for the compatible component and labor. Approval is requested before the proposed repair proceeds.
Every completed repair job includes a 90-day warranty for the documented work and installed part, subject to the written invoice terms. Maintenance can identify accessible wear, residue or abnormal burner behavior, but it is not a substitute for diagnosis. Gas-supply, electrical or ventilation faults outside the appliance need the proper licensed trade.
